People Operations Manager

What You Will Do
Manage all People Operations functions: talent management, team happiness and relations, and office operations.
Institutionalize people operations processes, including performance management.
Implement an incentive strategy and propose revisions to our compensation practices.
Craft a learning and development program.
We have a partially remote team, thus we need help to support remote employees and comply with local laws.

You have relevant education and experience in a startup setting.
You can attract/retain an all-star team, having successfully led team happiness programs.
You have impeccable attention to detail and are highly skilled at project management and change management.
You break down complex problems, proactively identify and remove bottlenecks, prioritize and create action plans, and can communicate effectively to inspire change.
You are a committed team player and are equally happy leading projects, implementing operational processes, and diving into the weeds to execute.
You have good judgment and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Yalochat helps businesses offer a delightful customer experience on their customers' favorite apps – such as Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp – through artificial intelligence. Yalochat uses deep learning (a machine learning technique) to have its solutions learn from their human counterparts to continuously improve the experience.
