As Customer Service Representative, you will be a crucial part of achieving our mission, by attending our client’s requests and resolving their issues with accuracy and efficiency. We change a lot so you will need to adapt quickly, all the time.

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Assist with placement of orders, billing, product improvements, and up sells
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
Advanced English and Spanish proficiency to communicate effectively
Proven customer support experience at least 2 years
Track record of customer information, orders, service problems, service upgrade and payments.
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
