UX Designer

We are looking for a UX Designer who can envision delightful conversational experiences that solve real user needs and translate them into concrete products. ✨

What you bring?

  • Background in UX Design with relevant education, whether it be course certifications or a degree.
  • 2-4 years of experience building software in a UX designer role.
  • Knowledge of user-centric design and results that demonstrate its application.
  • Experience working in an agile software development environment.
  • Understanding of the software lifecycle, working with multidisciplinary teams including product, research, engineering, quality assurance, customer success, sales, and marketing
  • Professional level proficiency in spoken and written Spanish.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, InVision, Zeplin.
  • Bonus: Experience making data-driven decisions.
  • Bonus: Experience in conversational user experiences.
  • Bonus: Experience doing user research.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of AI and its relation with UX.
  • Bonus: Experience with Design Sprints.

 

Your challenges:

    • Work with a user-centric approach, ensuring that your work is resolving real user frustrations.
    • Take the ownership for the whole design process of specific chatbots.
    • Design conversational experiences and implement them in our platform.
    • Improve User Experience based on user research and metrics analysis.
    • Design and execute conversational campaigns.
    • Copy-writing.
    • Take a leadership role in Design Sprints.
    • Actively collaborate with team members and stakeholders from Business, Engineering, Customer Success and Sales to ensure products meet our usability standards before they go out to users.
    • Translate customer success requirements into product specifications.
    • Have a good understanding (advantages and deficiencies) of the current state of AI technologies.
